Add and configure your own domain for email operations

Gorelo gives you the option to create your own email addresses with your own domain for all your email needs. To do so, follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the Settings > Email > Settings icon from left navigation.

2. Click on Add Domain button.

Screenshot of: Here, you can see that Gorelo has already given you two email addresses for Tickets and Invoices. However, you also have the freedom to create emails using your own domain.To do so, you need to click on "Add Domain" button.

3. Add your custom domain name here.

NOTE: Gorelo works with a sub domain but the emails will originate from your primary domain.

Screenshot of: This opens a popup that requests to type in your domain. Once you've done that, hit the "SAVE" button.

4. You will now see the list of DNS entries you would need to make with your DNS provider.

5. After completing step 4, return to the settings and click on verify. This will setup your domain with our email system.

Screenshot of: Once you see a green checkmark next to your MX records, click on "VERIFY" button to start the domain verification process.

6. Your custom domain is now setup πŸŽ‰. Use the forwarding address to send emails to Gorelo.

Screenshot of: Now you will see that our system has created two email addresses for your domain, one for handling tickets and one for handling invoices. You may now update and set them up exactly the way you want.
