Setup automatic responses for outgoing ticket emails

Automatic responses send emails to your customers based on specific actions on the tickets. To setup auto responses follow these steps:

1. Click on the Settings > Email > Settings icon from left navigation.

2. Click on the pencil icon to the far right of the email address.

3. Click on Auto Response tab. Select which of the auto-responses you would like your contacts to receive and click save
