You can change inbound email address. Gorelo can also perform automatic actions on inbound emails. Here are the steps:
1. Click on the Settings > Email > Settings icon from left navigation.
2. Click on the pencil icon present with the ticket email address
3. Change inbound email address, set groups
Update the display name.
Update the email address.
Set the group(s) assigned to this email address.

Gorelo can perform these actions on all inbound emails on the address:
Client: Assign a client
Tags: Add specific tags to emails.
Technician: Assign the ticket to a specific technician.
