Update email address and set automatic actions for inbound ticket emails

You can change inbound email address. Gorelo can also perform automatic actions on inbound emails. Here are the steps:

1. Click on the Settings > Email > Settings icon from left navigation.

2. Click on the pencil icon present with the ticket email address

3. Change inbound email address, set groups

  • Update the display name.

  • Update the email address.

  • Set the group(s) assigned to this email address.

4. Automatic Actions (optional)

Gorelo can perform these actions on all inbound emails on the address:

  • Client: Assign a client

  • Tags: Add specific tags to emails.

  • Technician: Assign the ticket to a specific technician.
