Gorelo allows you to fully customize the look and feel of your outbound emails using html templates. Here are the steps:
1. Click on the Settings > Email > Settings icon from left navigation.
2. Click on the pencil icon present with the ticket email address.
3. Go to Email Template Management tab.
You can personalize email templates for the messages sent to the contacts linked to the ticket for the following actions:
Customize the template for Ticket Created Email
Customize the template for Ticket Status Update
4. Pick the template you'd like to customize from the dropdown menu. In this section, you'll find three tabs:
Preview: Here, you can get a sneak peek of how your outgoing email will appear.
Template: In this tab, you can modify both the subject and body of the email by editing the HTML code
Variables: This tab lists the variables you can use in your email template, and they will display the real values when sent.

5. Once you've personalized the templates, click the Save button. Your outgoing emails will now look exactly the way you want them to.
