Gorelo provides you a way to configure the name to be displayed in outgoing emails to the contacts against any action triggered from Gorelo. It covers the default settings, technician-specific settings, and the option to append the email display name.
Default Setting
By default, the system uses the "Email Display Name" for all outgoing emails from Gorelo.
This is how Email display name will appear in contact's mailbox
Technician-specific Settings
If you want to display your technician's name in From email then follow below steps:
Go to Admin Settings > Users.
Click on the name of any Technician to open a popup.
Turn on "Email From Name" and click Update button.
The system will use the Technician's name as the display name for all the outgoing emails triggered from the action performed by the Technician.
Appending the Email Display Name
You can append default email display name with the Technician name by following below steps:
Go to Admin Settings > Users.
Click on the name of any Technician to open a popup.
Turn on "Email From Name" settings, another option "Append Email Display Name" will appear.
Turn on "Append Email Display Name" and click Update button.
The system will use the Technician's name as well as default email name as the display name for all the outgoing emails triggered from the action performed by the Technician.
