To facilitate efficient communication between your technicians and your contacts, the Portal App serves as a seamless interaction tool. This application ensures that your contacts can easily reach out to technical support and receive timely responses to their queries.

👤 Who can login?

The contacts you have added to your MSP are the only ones that can access this portal.

🔐 How to login?

All those contacts of your MSP with office 365 account can login to the Portal App by accessing the URL provided by you to them such as https://portal.gorelo.io/. Learn about customize URL in here.

  1. If your contact's browser is already logged in to their Microsoft account then s/he will logged in automatically. Otherwise, click on Sign in with Microsoft button.

  2. Your contact needs to enter their login details.

  3. Upon successful login, your contact will be directed to the portal's dashboard.

✨Key Features

⚡ Create Ticket

Your contact can create a ticket by clicking on the "Request Support" button.

This action opens a view to add details of the ticket.

⚡ View tickets and details

Contacts can view a list of tickets in which they are set as "To" or "CC". Clicking on a ticket from the list opens its details on the right side.

⚡ Public Communication

Contacts can communicate directly with technicians on specific tickets by posting replies and receiving responses from your technicians.

⚡ Shared Documents

Users can effortlessly access shared documents within the application. This way they have access to important files and information, streamlining the support process and enhancing user experience.

⚡ Access to Forms

Contacts can access and submit forms that you have allowed to display on portal from Gorelo application.

⚙ MSP Branding on Portal App

You may customize the portal from your Gorelo application to reflect your brand identity and display it on your contact's portal. From the Gorelo application, go to Admin Settings > Portal. Here, you may set the following:

  • App Title - Text that displays on browser's tab

  • Logo - Uploading the image replaces the Gorelo logo with your uploaded image on Portal app

  • Favicon (image that is displayed on the browser's tab and in side menu of the application) - Uploading the image replaces the Gorelo logo with your uploaded image on Portal app

  • Custom URL (Coming Soon)
