Gorelo provides the option to manage Asset types through the Admin Settings. These designated Asset types play a crucial role in the configuration of Custom Assets.
As a default feature, Gorelo includes a set of predefined Asset types for your convenience. However, users have the flexibility to create new Asset types based on their specific preferences.
Create Asset Type
Go to Admin Settings > Asset > Asset Types.
Click on "+ Asset Type" button.
A popup is appeared. Input your desired Asset Type and click "Save" button.
Your added asset type is then available in Custom Asset.
Update Asset Type
Both Gorelo's default and MSP-specific asset types are editable. Follow the steps outlined below to make edits.
Go to Admin Settings > Asset > Asset Types.
Click on "pencil" icon present with an asset type that you wish to update.
A popup is appeared. make your changes and click "Update" button.
The change will reflect in Custom assets.
Delete Asset Type
Only MSP-specific asset types are deletable, and Gorelo's default types are not. Please follow the steps outlined below to initiate deletions.
Go to Admin Settings > Asset > Asset Types.
Click on "bin" icon present with an asset type to trigger deletion.
If a given asset type has already been utilized by a custom asset, the deletion process is restricted unless there is a modification to the asset type of the listed custom asset(s) to render it available for deletion.
