Gorelo provides you with the capability to create records for non-RMM assets belonging to your clients.
Create Custom Asset
Go to Asset List.
Hover over the "+ Assets" option and choose option "Custom Asset".
Fill in all the data of the asset and click "Create" button.
The newly added asset will now be accessible in the Asset List.
On Asset List, turn off the 'View Devices Only' toggle from filters to fetch all custom assets.

Custom Assets in Ticket
Custom assets can be associated with tickets. To accomplish this:
Navigate to the detail page of the desired ticket.
In the RMM field, search for the name of the asset you wish to link and select the appropriate asset from the search results.
View Custom Asset Detail
To access the recently created asset, navigate to the Asset List.
Identify the specific asset and click on it to open its detailed page.
Edit Custom Asset
To update the details of an asset, click on the three-dot menu and choose the "Edit" button.
A popup window will appear containing all the information pertaining to the asset.
Make the necessary changes and click the "Update" button to save the modifications.
View Tickets of the Asset
On the asset detail screen, the total count of tickets linked to this asset is displayed at the top.
To review all linked tickets, proceed to the "Ticket" tab. From this section, you can navigate to detail screen of any ticket by clicking on it.
Add/Remove Banner
To add a banner, click on the three-dot menu and choose the "Banner" button.
A popup window will appear. Input the relevant banner information and click "Save" button.
This action will append a banner at the top of the asset detail.
To remove a banner, click on the three-dot menu and choose the "Remove Banner" button.
Delete Asset
You can remove an asset from the system by clicking on on the three-dot menu and choose the "Delete" button.
Custom Assets in Global Search
