After creating an Asset Shortcut, you can access it from the Asset Detail screen. However, it's important to ensure that the custom field variable used in a shortcut has a value set. Click here for further guidance on this.
There are two methods for accessing shortcuts from the Asset Detail:
Method 1:
If your shortcut is pinned, you can access it conveniently from the top-right corner of the Asset Detail page.
Method 2:
From the Asset Detail screen, click on the shortcut icon to reveal the list of available shortcuts.
Click the shortcut you wish to trigger.
The URL saved within the shortcut will open, utilizing the value of the custom field variable assigned to the asset.
