Most times, the install process is pretty smooth. However, the installer may run into certain conditions on the device that it does not know how to handle. Unfortunately, since these issues occur prior to installation and authentication, the Gorelo support team is unable to receive any log entries to help troubleshoot this step.

Root Cause of Installation Issues

To determine the root cause of the installation issues, we may need your help reviewing and sometimes sending the log files. The installation log files are located here.

%programfiles%\Gorelo\LogFiles\Installer\diagnostics**.log

In some cases, you may be asked to provide additional log files. If so, our support team can provide more specifics.
