To archive a client, follow below steps:
Navigate to the Client List
Locate the client you wish to delete and open their detail page.
Click on the status chip and select Archive.
If the client has associated data in the system, then a popup is displayed
To proceed archiving the client you need to follow these steps. You can click on the count for each item to take the necessary actions:
Tickets: Close or delete them.
Assets: Delete or move them to another client.
Contacts: Delete, move, or archive them.
Contracts: Delete them.
Products: Delete or move them to another client.
Bundles: Delete or move them to another client.
