To avoid applying the same filters repeatedly in any list, Gorelo offers a simple way to save your filters in a view. Gorelo provides three types of views:

  1. Universal Views

  2. Global Views

  3. User Views

Universal Views

These views are provided to all MSPs and their users upon signup. They cannot be updated or deleted. Only the following actions are permitted on Universal Views.

  • View Filters

  • Set as Default

  • Hide

Ticket List

On Ticket list, below are some Universal Views offered by Gorelo to all the MSPs and their users.

  • Mine

  • Mine & Unassigned

  • Recently Closed

  • Recently Updated

  • Unassigned

  • Unclosed

Client List

On Client list, below are some Universal Views offered by Gorelo to all the MSPs and their users.

  • Active

  • Archived

  • Credit Hold

Contact List

On Contact list, below are some Universal Views offered by Gorelo to all the MSPs and their users.

  • Active

  • Archived

  • Temporary

Asset List

On Asset list, below are some Universal Views offered by Gorelo to all the MSPs and their users.

  • Everything

  • Servers

  • Workstations

Uptime List

Global Views

Any user view created by an admin can be set as a global view, making it visible to all users within the MSP. To set a user view as global, click on the three-dot menu present with any user view and select "Mark as Global." An admin can update or delete this view, but users with any other role cannot. These users can only set the view as default or hide it.

An indicator is displayed in the menu after marking a view as global.

User Views

User views can be created by any user of the MSP for his/her self. It won't be visible to any other user of the MSP.

Create a new View

To create a new view,

  1. Click on "Create a View" on any list for which you want to create a view.
    ​

  2. Set your filters and provide a name to your view.
    ​

  3. Click the "Save" button.
    ​

Additional Features

Some additional features for views can be accessed from three dot menu that include

  • Update a View

  • Set as default - Every time when application loads, list is filtered as per the view set as default

  • Mark as Global - Only Admins can see this option on Ticket List

  • Hide Filters - Available on Ticket list only

  • Delete
