Gorelo makes it simple to include your email signature in ticket comments. Just set it up once in your User Settings, and whenever you post a public comment, our system will automatically add it to the emails sent to your contacts.
To set it up, just follow these steps:
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
Go to Settings.
You can add your plain text signature here.
Finally, hit the Update button.
After this, our system will automatically add this email signature to all the emails sent to your contacts whenever you post a public comment.
