Our system creates logs of both incoming and outgoing emails of Tickets and Invoices to and from Gorelo. These logs can be viewed from the Admin Settings > Email Settings > Logs.

Log Table

The logs table shows below information

  • Inbound - A green envelope icon means Gorelo successfully received an email from a contact. On the other hand, a yellow envelope in this column indicates a failure.

  • Outbound - A green envelope icon means Gorelo successfully sent an email to a contact. On the other hand, a yellow envelope in this column indicates a failure.

  • Status - Success/Failure

  • Ticket Number - Shows the ticket number associated with the email, if present

  • From Email - Email address from which email was generated.

  • To Email - Email address to which email was sent.

  • Result - Reason for success or failure.

  • Date Time - Time at which the log was generated.

  • Envelop icon - Displays the email content.

Log Description

Log Description can be viewed by clicking on one of the log. This opens a popup displaying details of the email. The reason field displays the reason of success or failure.

Filtering Email Logs

If you have a large number of email logs, you can use the filtering options to narrow down your search. You can use quick filters as highlighted below to trim your list.

For detailed filtering, click on the Filter button to expand more filtering options.

Failed logs

If any incoming or outgoing email fails due to any reason, then to alert the user about an email failure, an orange dot appears on the Admin Settings icon in the side menu, indicating the occurrence of the failure.

The orange dot is then followed to the Admin Settings.
