Gorelo allows you to show information banners for particular clients, assets, or tickets, enabling you to communicate important information, announcements, or notices to your users.

Client Banner

-> Add

  1. Go to Client Detail page by clicking on any Client name from Client List.

  2. Click on the "Edit" button.

  3. Click on the "Company Banner" checkbox to enable the text field.

  4. Add your information about the Client that you want to display and hit "Update" button.

  5. Your Client banner is saved successfully.

-> Visibility

The added company banner will be available on:

  • Add Ticket after selecting client.

  • Ticket Detail belonging to the client

  • Asset Detail belonging to the client

-> Remove

  1. Open the client's detail page with the company banner.

  2. Click on the "Edit" button.

  3. Deselect "Company Banner" checkbox and click "Update" button.

    The banner will be removed from all the screens.

Ticket Banner

->Add

  1. Go to Ticket Detail screen.

  2. Click on three dot menu and select option "Banner".

  3. This opens a popup. Type in your information that you want to display and click "Save" button.

-> Visibility

  1. The Banner will appear on Ticket detail.

-> Remove

  1. Open the ticket's detail page with the ticket banner.

  2. Click on three dot menu and select option "Remove Banner".

  3. A confirmation popup will appear. Click on "Yes" to confirm and proceed with removing the banner from the ticket.

Asset Banner

->Add

  1. Go to Asset Detail screen.

  2. Click on three dot menu and select option "Banner".

  3. This opens a popup. Type in your information that you want to display and click "Save" button.

-> Visibility

  1. The Banner will appear on Asset Detail screen.

-> Remove

  1. Open the asset's detail page with a banner.

  2. Click on three dot menu and select option "Remove Banner".

  3. A confirmation popup will appear. Click on "Yes" to confirm and proceed with removing the banner from the asset.

Contact Banner

->Add

  1. Go to Contact Detail screen.

  2. Click on three dot menu and select option "Banner".

  3. This opens a popup. Type in your information that you want to display and click "Save" button.

-> Visibility

  1. The Banner will appear on Contact detail and on Contact card on Ticket Detail

-> Remove

  1. Open the contact's detail page with the banner.

  2. Click on three dot menu and select option "Remove Banner".

  3. A confirmation popup will appear. Click on "Yes" to confirm and proceed with removing the banner from the contact.
