Gorelo offers integration with QuickBooks which allows you to sync clients, invoices, taxes, products and more!
Setup Integration
In the left-menu navigate to Settings > Integration
Click the ⚙️cog icon to configure QuickBooks
Click the 'Connect to QuickBooks' button. System will attempt to connect to your QuickBooks account, allow the access and then you will be redirected back to Gorelo.
Clients in Gorelo with identical names to Customers in QuickBooks will be mapped automatically.
Select a default Chart of Account (COA) code from the list.
Click the 'Complete QuickBooks Integration' button.
Once your setup is complete, you will observe following:
Clients with identical names in Gorelo and QuickBooks will be mapped automatically.
Taxes of QuickBooks will be added automatically. You can view these from Admin Settings > Invoice Settings.
Products and Bundles with identical names in Gorelo and QuickBooks will be mapped automatically.
Update your Client mapping
After successfully setting up your integration and automatically mapping identical clients, you have the flexibility to map other clients to different QuickBooks customer from below two areas:

From Integration, you have the opportunity to map your clients with the existing customers of QuickBooks. To do so follow below steps
Go to Settings > Integration
Click on the ⚙️ icon present with QuickBooks integration.
Click on "View Integration Settings".
Click on "View Clients".
In the popup, choose a QuickBooks customer from the dropdown that you want to map with the selected Gorelo Client.
Click "Update" button.

From Client list and detail screen, you have the opportunity to map Gorelo client with an existing QuickBooks customer or create a new one in there. To do so follow below steps:
From the Client list or from detail, click on the QuickBooks icon with a client that is not mapped to any QuickBooks customer.
Choose a QuickBooks customer from the "External Client" dropdown to map the client with existing QuickBooks customer and click "Map to QuickBooks" button.
A confirmation popup is display. Click "Yes" to continue mapping.
To map Gorelo client with a new QuickBooks customer, click on Create and Map button.
This will open a confirmation popup. On clicking "Yes", a new customer with identical name is created in QuickBooks and is mapped.
Note: When you create a new client in Gorelo, our system automatically maps it to the corresponding QuickBooks customer with an identical name. If no matching customer is found, our system efficiently creates a new QuickBooks customer and establishes the mapping.
Update Products and Bundles mapping
From Product and Bundle list, you have the opportunity to map Gorelo Products with an existing QuickBooks Products and Services or create a new one in there. To do so follow below steps:
Go to Products or Bundles list and click on the QuickBooks icons with a Product/Bundle that is not mapped.
Choose a QuickBooks Product from the "External Product" dropdown to map the client with existing QuickBooks Product and click "Map to QuickBooks" button.
A confirmation popup is display. Click "Yes" to continue mapping.
To map a Gorelo Product with a new QuickBooks Product, click on "Create and Map" button.
This will open a confirmation popup. On clicking "Yes", a new product with identical name is created in QuickBooks and is mapped.
