This feature allows user to update, install and uninstall applications on Windows workstations through Winget.

  1. Head to the Asset Detail page and select the Apps option on the left menu. Here you'll get an overview of all the applications that are installed, along with their current status.


  2. Applications can be updated to the latest version by clicking on download icon


Apps can also be Managed through Policy

  1. Navigate to Policy and then Plugin in the options


  2. Select App Management


  3. Select App Management option from Plugin list and Click Edit


  4. We can define the schedule and select the applications by searching them through their device Ids.

    Device Time: Time at which system would check each day.

    Out-of-date threshold: Number of days system would wait to show the App status like "Updates Available" on device detail summary section.

    Apps update deferral: Number of days system would wait until automatically updating the required updates.

  5. Click Save and Distribute​


  6. The applications now shows up with the Icon has shown in the Image below, which means that they are being maintained through policy.


App Status

Once Policy is distributed, the policy is applied to all the devices in the tag.

  1. The devices, which have all the application up to date shows "Up To Date" in summary.

    Click on "Up To Date" text to check the details.


  2. If the device which has any of the application defined in the policy and has some updates available the system shows "Updates Available" in summary

    Click on update Icon to Update the application

  3. If the device which has any of the application defined in the policy is missing the system shows "Missing" in summary"​

    Click on the Install Icon to Install the application.
