The Gorelo RMM tool provides continuous monitoring, but you might want to turn off alert generation for a device or several devices for certain reasons. For example, during maintenance - like when you're installing new hardware - lots of failure notifications can come up, and this work affects a lot of monitored indicators.
Navigate to Policy from left Menu.
Select required Policy.
Click Edit button.
Select checkbox and define number of hours to suppress.
Hit Distribute button.
Note: The input field allows you to set the hours up to a maximum of 1440 - that's 60 days!
