1. Navigate to Contract list and Click Create Contract Group to create a new Contract
2. Select the Client which has been mapped with M365 tenant and other billing related details.
3. Select any Product from Product list
4. Click bolt icon
5. Select Pax8
6. All subscriptions from Pax8 against the Client show up.
Note: System allows you to select a subscription of other Clients if you have multiple Clients in Pax8 pointing to the same Client in Gorelo
7. Quantity can also be reduced, just in case you don't have a bill for the customer.
8. Click Apply button
9. Subscriptions are now added as a line item and can be billed to the Customer
