1. Navigate to Contract list and Click Create Contract Group to create a new Contract

​2. Select the Client which has been mapped with M365 tenant

3. Select any Product from Product list

4. Click bolt icon

5. Select Contact Tags

6. Select the required License

7. System fetches all the licenses for the tenant that's mapped to Gorelo Client. Click on a license and you'll see all the contacts that currently have this license.

8. Contact can also be excluded by clicking on exclude icon​

9. Click Apply button

10. The quantity would now show the number of contacts using the mapped license.​

​Note: The contact gets synced daily at 10pm. Any changes made on M365 license like add or remove of contact would automatically reflect here.
