In Gorelo, tags helps in keeping things organized and sorted. It makes managing, monitoring, and taking action on these items a seamless process.
Gorelo lets you manage tags in following domains
Gorelo comes with few default contact tags, but you can make your very own by following these steps:
1. Click on the Settings > Tags.
2. Click on this tags dropdow to select Contact Tags.
3. Click on Create a Contact Tag.
4. Provide the details of a tag and hit Create button.
You can set a contact tag as an "Approver". Any contact linked to this tag will be the person responsible for approving requests on tickets. Click here to learn more.
5. You can now link the newly added contact tag with your contacts.
