Prior to following the steps below, you want to make sure you have a CIPP instance setup, you have onboarded your tenants into CIPP and that you have requested API keys from CIPP tech support team.

1. Click Integrations.

2. Select M365 Integrationโ€‹

3. Provide Client Id, Client Secret, Tenant Id and CIPP API URL provided to you by the CIPP support team.

4. Map Gorelo Client with M365 Tenant and click Map

5. The M365 icon is now enabled for the client, which means they have successfully been mapped to the M365 tenant.

6. Now let's head over to our contact list and check if all the contacts have been imported to M365!

7. Contact list shows the M365 icon against contacts that have been mapped, and their license are listed under the Tags column.

Note: All contacts with a M365 license in the tenant of the mapped clients will be synced from M365 to Gorelo.

8. Once the Contact has been mapped, the data in the fields imported from Microsoft 365 can no longer be edited. Additionally, any subscriptions imported from Microsoft 365 will appear in the Contact tags dropdown.
