To bring all your support activities onto a single platform, forward emails received at your support email address to Gorelo for automatic ticket creation. This offers improved collaboration opportunities to your team while letting your customers communicate through a medium they are comfortable with.
As soon as your account is setup, Gorelo creates a unique auto-generated email address. You can view this address by clicking on Settings in the left menu and then navigating to Email > Settings.
An email sent to the auto-generated email address showing up under Forwarding Address above will create a new Ticket in Gorelo. Since this is not an email address you might want to provide to your customers, you will need to set up email forwarding in your email account so that emails received on your support email address are forwarded to Forwarding Address provided by Gorelo. This step will vary based on your email provider.
