A no-labor contract is designed for monthly, quarterly, or yearly recurring payments. This type of contract cannot be used to map time-spent entries and is solely for billing products or services. It does not include any technicians working for them.

Create No-Labor Contract

  1. To add No Labor contract, go to Add Contract screen.

  2. Fill in the Client and Invoicing sections and select "No-Labor" as the Contract Type.

  3. There will be no Work Type and Billing roles for this contract since Labor will not be covered by this contract.

  4. Add the Products and Bundles that you want to charge your customer for each billing cycle.

  5. Click on the "Create" button to complete adding the No-Labor Contract.

Automated Invoices

  1. In accordance with the billing terms and dates specified in your No-Labor Contract, automated invoices are generated on the designated date.

  2. These invoices cover charges for the products and bundles included in the contract.

  3. Since there are no time-spent entries associated with No-Labor Contracts, the billing focuses solely on the recurring charges.
