How to integrate with Xero ?

Gorelo offers integration with Xero which allows you to sync clients, invoices, branding themes, payments and more!

  1. In the left-menu navigate to Settings

  2. Navigate to Integration

  3. Click the ⚙️cog icon to configure Xero

  4. Click the 'Connect to Xero' button

  5. Login with your Xero account, select the appropriate organization (if there are multiple) and click 'Allow Access' -- you will then be redirected back to Gorelo with a success message.

  6. Clients in Gorelo with identical names to Conatcts in Xero will be mapped automatically

  7. Select a default Chart of Account (COA) code from the list

    1. This will be used for any item synced from Gorelo to Xero that does not have a COA code applied already to the product/bundle/category

    2. It is recommended to create a new COA code such as '4444 Uncoded from Gorelo' to make it obvious when something synced without a legitimate COA code -- if this has just been created then F5 refresh while on the 'Integration with Xero is successful' screen so it appears or start the integration again.

  8. Click the 'Complete Xero Integration' button

  9. Navigate back to Settings --> Integrations

  10. Click the ⚙️cog icon to configure Xero

  11. Click the 'View Clients' button

  12. Map any clients in Gorelo to Conatcts in Xero and click Update
