How to Customize Ticket Number

Description

This allows you to follow a specific combination of prefix letters and numbers to identify, store and retrieve tickets from the system.

After logging into your Gorelo account, click on “Settings” to open the SERVICE PROVIDER window.

Then click on "Ticket Setting" to open TICKET PREFIX SETTING sub-window.

Edit the prefix letters for the ticket number using the pen icon and press the disk icon to save it.

Edit the starting number for the ticket number sequence using the pen icon and press the disk icon to save it.
