How to Add an Asset

Step-1: Navigate

After logging into your Gorelo account go to the “Assets” menu and click on “Assets” to open the ASSETS window.

Step-2: Click Add

Click on the “+ Asset” button on top right to open the "ADD ASSET" form.

Step-3: Fill in required information

Fill in all the required fields. The asset Name, Client, Manufacturer and Type fields are required.

Step-4: Select an Asset Type.

The Asset Type field has a drop-down menu with multiple asset types to choose from.

Step-5: Add Attributes (optional)

You can add multiple Asset Attributes for each asset. These can be used to record asset’s specifications or any other important information or values about the asset.

 Step-6: Add Attachments or Images.

You can also upload multiple Asset Images and multiple asset documents/files as Asset Attachments. This helps identify the asset and find a fix to it more effectively in the future.

 Step-7: Create

After filling in all the required fields on the form, click "CREATE". The new asset will be added to the Assets list where it can be accessed and viewed by other users.
